Very clean, quite spacious rooms, comfy bed. Good air quality in the room, with proper a/c and humidity control! Equidistant from Marseille, Cassis and Aix-en-Provence.

The staff was excellent and very helpful. Will stay here again and would recommend it. Breakfast is included and dinner is available in the hotel’s terrace cafe with beautiful view of the city. Walking distance to several restaurants and train station. Public bus is free within the city. Great location and overall a very excellent place to stay.

Not a good experience. The hotel is in the middle of town renovations (surrounded by bulldozers, barriers, and no access by road). It was extremely hard to find access to the hotel (had to take a one-way street, park on a delivery spot to check-in) and there was zero communication from this property on how to access the hotel. Because of the renovations, they had no parking options, I had to pay to park at a nearby parking deck but the walk from that parking to the hotel felt incredibly unsafe (homeless people accosted me every single time). Drinks were good but food was terrible (worst fish and chips and Cesar salad we've ever had). Breakfast was okay, nothing special. Incredibly noisy from the road work that started at 6am. I do not recommend.

Unbelievable - we turned up on Friday 13th October for our booking to be told the hotel were overbooked and they had no room for us, I have since seen my credit card statement and they've had the cheek to charge our card. Not only were we left high and dry on a busy weekend in Marseille, we've even had to pay for the privelege.

Not thorough, mix up reservations

Clean and relatively comfortable. However, the front desk are not thorough and unapologetic. They mixed up reservations and forced us to sleep in twin beds instead of a double bed. They offered no compensation though we asked several times. They also said they had forced two women who wanted twin beds to sleep in a double bed earlier the same night...

Excellent. Chambre vaste, bien décorée, équipée dans les moindres détails. Super rooftop et super petit déjeuner. Bravo au personel tres aimable et compétent. Parking qpark à 100m et non dans l’hôtel mais très propre et très large. Un très bon 4 étoiles que je recommande sans hésiter.

Personnel au petit soin , aussi bien à l’accueil qu’à la restauration, les chambre sont propres et assez grandes . Seul bémol , le bruit du secteur environnant à cause des travaux de la place juste en face et des balayeuse qui passent très tôt même le wk ( mise à disposition de bouchon d’oreille ) La vue du petit déjeuné est splendide sur les collines

Expérience décevante. Bruit permanent jour et nuit (en raison de travaux provisoires mais je n’avais pas été prévenue en amont et c’était très pénible). En dehors du dernier étage qui est plutôt sympa, le reste de l’hôtel est décevant. Mauvaises odeurs dans tout l’hôtel y compris la chambre. (humidité-égouts). Je ne pense pas y revenir. Mention positive pour la jeune femme qui gère la partie petit déjeuner qui est très serviable et dévouée.

🏨 Excellent séjour ! Hôtel parfaitement situé, idéal pour ceux qui arrivent en train. Le rooftop offre une vue magnifique sur les paysages d’Aubagne — un vrai plus pour se détendre en fin de journée.
