BlueBird is located in a quiet mountain neighborhood. This home is under a noise ordinance between 9:00 p.m. and 8 a.m. and has a very low noise tolerance. Please be mindful that noise travels far in the mountains.
• This property is pet friendly with restrictions, allowing two dogs, each no more than 50 lbs.
• Seasonal Gas Fireplaces are not operational between Memorial Day and Labor Day.
• Firewood is not provided for guest use. If you plan on using the wood-burning amenities, please purchase wood locally upon arrival.
• Travel Insurance is Highly Recommended. During the winter months, we highly recommend you consider CSA Travel Insurance to protect your vacation investment from potential winter weather events that could prevent access to the home. No refunds shall be provided if you cannot access the home due to winter weather.

• There is a non-refundable pet fee of $175 per dog (plus taxes) 2 dogs max.

• A Vacation Coordinator from Carolina Mornings Vacation Rentals will contact you within 72 hours of acceptance of your booking to collect the pet fee.
• Failure to pay the pet fee may result in the cancellation of your reservation.
