"This house is the PERFECT place to stay for baseball tournament in Franklin!! We were here for my son’s tournament weekend. Very comfortable for our group of 6. It is 5 to 10 minutes to the ballpark. The house is precious, very well maintained, cold AC! Great communication with the host who accommodated all of our needs & always replied quickly. I can’t say enough good things about this lovely home:):) We will be back for future tourneys!"

"We enjoyed our stay. My 8 year old animal lover keeps asking when we can go back. Highlights were bottle feeding the baby goats and sheep, riding the ponies and horses, golf cart rides, feeding the animals, and getting up close to the animals."

"This property is awesome! We were down for a youth fishing tournament that had to be rescheduled in early May. The owners worked with us and accommodated our reschedule. The house is set up perfectly for different families or one family. With each room having its own bathroom. The guest house was a perfect place for the kids to bunk up. The view of the lake is perfect from the back porch or from the couch while watching college baseball and softball. Our family would highly recommend staying at...

"Great property. Isolated. Nature/birds. Pictures don’t do it justice; much better in person. Home was extremely spacious. Comfortably fit 3 adults 4 children. Wish we spent more time at the property itself because of how beautiful it was. Host is kind and friendly, always available via text message. Location is far from common areas (college station)- which was about a 45-60 minute drive. Was not an issue for us, though. Roads are dark when driving late at night. Overall, great stay!...

"Our stay at the Restore 38 Ranch was everything we had hoped it would be. It was secluded enough that we could enjoy our time outside without any concerns but close enough to town to shop and go to restaurants.
