"The hotel is conveniently located on the outskirts- so not in congested inner city. The Taj service and hospitality is always fantastic and this property lives up to the high standards. Special mention for the breakfast room staff (Ckowk) - Deepak, Stithy and Dhananjay- they were so so nice and made the stay wonderful. Front desk Supriya was also very helpful and made every effort to make us comfortable. This is a property I would highly recommend! 5* "

"A nice hotel and staff are polite helpful and professional. Breakfast provided was the best I ever come across. Very authentic Indian foods were served along with typical western foods. Clean overall though at times you may have to wait a bit to get the hot water coming. "

"This is a newer hotel with very clean rooms and all in very good condition. Restaurant option is limited but the Indian cuisine is excellent. There is a bar, fitness room and a swiming pool. But fitness center is small and limited if you’re in to that. Staff is very good and friendly."

"The reception was too slow to check me in. The service was ok. The bathroom of room number 306 where I stayed doesn’t have a slope to allow the water to seep away. The washroom got filled with water because of that reason. Location is excellent but security measures don’t allow access to corridor directly hence one needs to go around the galis to reach gate no 4."

"What a great property, near the ghats and Kashi Viswanath Temple, room views of the Ganges. The staff was fantastic, great food from the kitchen. Very walkable in the heart of Varanasi. The hotel hosts were amazing, arranged a private guide and a day package to visit different temples and sites around the city, made my stay even more amazing... "The hotel room was decent, the bathroom was clean and I had hot water running all through the day. The stuff was really nice..they cleaned my room everyday and one of them also carried my luggage all the way up to my cab (~1km away from the hotel) after checking out. The property practically opens into the Munshi ghat, so it is really easy to get there. My main concern was the hotel entrance which I would not recommend for those with limited mobility or the elderly. It's deep inside the Galis...

"We enjoyed the views of Ganges and mostly the courteous and respectful staff of all levels. The hotel being right on one of the Ghats, it made us easier to take a battin Ganges. Also free boat ride from the hotel property allowed us to see the entire views of all famous ghats. The restaurant staff Sandeep and Brijesh provided over and above best services. We will visit the Haveli again in the future. "
