Hotel is nice. The only problem we have is they supposed to clean the room every three days and they don’t.

When we woke up. The shower did not have any shampoo. Conditioner. Or body wash in the containers in the shower. There was no coffe in the tray for the coffee maker. Bad morning.

I liked the game options. The room was tastefully appointed. I did not like the stopped up tub in the bathroom and the toilet paper holder was broken and kept falling off the wall.

The inside pool was Amazing! The golf court was Awesome The room, however, was not so great. The air conditioner wasn't cooling off the room at all. There was only 1 restaurant opened, and that was horrible!

The casino was terrible, machines were old. Very Few machines. Hotel rooms were terrible. They would not clean our rooms. Will never stay there again. Way over priced.

FIRST & LAST TIME THERE

Staff is rude. Housekeeping took more than 2 hours to bring a roll of toilet paper to the room. We reserved the room for 4 people and they set the room up for 2 people. We called housekeeping and it took more than 2 hours to get 2 more pillows, 2 sets of towels. The next day we didnt get cleaning service, but the rooms around us got service. We than need more toilet paper, so we called housekeeping. 2 hours went by, we called again. An hour went by so my husband went to the front desk to get toilet paper. The knob in the shower spun half way and shut off. You had to keep adjusting the knob to find where the hot water would work. A 15/20 minute shower turned into an hour shower. The security were rude to first timers to this resort. The front desk should remind or announce when customers check in that there are specific walk areas for minors walking through the gaming area. Even for using the indoor pool. Anyone going into the gym must get a wristband at the front desk, BUT they should let you know that when you first check in.

Not bad

Nice place to stay. Comfortable room with cold ac. Cleanliness could have been better. Found hair in the bathroom and on the mattress cover. Had something on the comforter that appeared to be dried blood. Wasn’t too impressed with that. However, I have seen worse. We would stay again if we decide to go to the casino.
