「quite a spacious cottage and well laid out kitchen was equipped with enough for our needs, quiet and comfortable with enough secure garden for all to enjoy and not worry about the dogs wandering off, the camp site next door made us feel very welcome and they have a little shop with essentials in it, they also have a cafe open from 9:30-11:30 offering a good breakfast, doge are welcome too and well looked after also getting a doggie brekkie, with a warm friendly atmosphere 」

「A great little cottage, with a fantastic hot tub. Everything you need in the cottage. For us it would benefit from a separate freezer and a washing. 」

「Wat een heerlijk verblijf, alles was aanwezig. Aes even netjes, 4 slaapkamers, 3 badkamers. Buiten: bbq, bar, zitjes. Wanneer we weer richting Skegness gaan, staat deze op nummer 1 」

「Charming cottage. Great amenities. Lovely garden. Comfy beds. Really enjoyed our stay here and would happily go again. Also, I was slightly worried it would smell of dogs but it absolutely doesn’t. We loved it for a Sutton on Sea mini break. 」

「Lovely cottage and welcoming hosts, enjoyed our two night break but definitely wished we had booked in for longer! Eating breakfast each morning on the patio sharing with the guinea fowl and chickens was definitely a highlight, especially with the fresh eggs available!Sadly we didnt have time to have a go at fishing in the lake but we did enjoy some evening strolls around the land which were lovely.Wouldn't hesitate to stay again or recommend to friends visiting the area.」

「A gem of a cottage which had been restored to a really high standard. Comfy beds, well equipped kitchen, log burner with plenty of wood and loved all the decor/pictures throughout. A welcome basket with local goodies was also a nice touch. We loved the folder full of the history on the property and all the pictures of the other houses/buildings in the village which we went to find on our walks with our dog. Would highly recommend. 」
