「Quiet easy access to ferry」

「Had a great two nights stay here while we waited for our Ferry crossing. Very quiet and clean.」

「After multiple stays, all rooms appear to need new flooring and couches desperately. Bedding and bathrooms were very clean, however, there was a cheerio near the desk on the floor, and more food under the front edge of the couch. The couch had a questionable white stain on the cushion, and stains on carpets. Because the floor had not been cleaned properly, it did not leave us with much confidence about the cleanliness of the room overall (ie wiped down door knobs, light switches etc)」

「Bottom line: this is a fun place to stay, and I think you will enjoy yourself if you stay here. House needs (and deserves) some TLC. The house could comfortably accommodate 8 guests, and maybe 2-4 more. We were not really familiar with Rita McNeil prior to our visit, but if you are, this place will be a thrill for you (it's her former home).
