"Unfortunately, my stay at this hotel was marred by unprofessional staff with an attitude. They failed to listen to clients' concerns and needs during check-in. To make matters worse, they called my room 20 minutes later to convey information that I had already tried to communicate during the initial check-in process. This lack of attentiveness and communication greatly impacted my experience."

Bom local, dentro do estacionamento do shopping; o que pode ser uma vantagem. Pontos falhos: a falta de comunicação que a voltagem no hotel é 220v, sendo que a cidade adota como padrão 127v. Outro ponto é a acustica da área do cafe da manha, quando cheia, quase insuportavel.
