"This is what it is. A cheap place to sleep. Traveled with my teenage daughter and we just needed beds for a night. Great rate. Beds were clean and comfortable. Actually it was the Best bed I’ve slept in for 4 nights on Our trip. Otherwise the area, the parking lots the balconies etc are dirty, rusty, and trashy. Felt perfectly safe though. Lots of construction type workers it appeared staying here. I would stay here again for the price. "

"Kitchen island had to be wiped down when we got there, missing light bulbs in some fixtures, only 3 lamps in the whole place, no window treatments in living room, back porch needed to be hosed off and furniture needed repainting, no working smoke detectors, house smelled musty and ventilation system was turned off when we got there, no easy way to watch TV, and obviously it wasn't checked by the host before we got there. It was the most disappointing Vrbo that I've stayed in."

"Quick communication response by host. This stay is located near most everything in Grand Bay. We had no issues during our weeklong stay. Everything was in good working order & fully stocked kitchen. More attention to floor sweeping prior to check in is my only suggestion. Thank you!"

"Home was very clean and comfortable. We only used the kitchen to wash a few dishes, but it looked to be stocked with pretty much anything you could need. We knew there were people next to us because there were vehicles outside, but never really heard anyone. Sat outside a couple afternoons and watched Cardinals"
