It was extremely disappointing. We've booked for two days from January 31 to February 02,2020 at Eastpoint Hotel by the Sea in Boac, Marinduque. We travelled almost 12hrs just to be in time for our check-in. But unfortunately,they didn't acknowledge our booking and the hotel said Expedia is not connected with them. It was a horrible experience,we even went to the police because we have no place to stay and we know that we paid for that day. We didn't even take a shower, toothbrush, we have our 7 year old daughter with us who's also very tired,hungry and sleepy. So now, we just want to refund the money we've lost on that 2 horrible days. That experience is very,very unforgettable. For more than 24 hours experiencing embarrassment we demand for refund and i know its your obligation to do so. Thank you.…It was extremely disappointing.
