The staff were extremely helpful. There is a spa in the hotel which was wonderful. The beds and linens are comfortable. Bathroom super clean and modern. Free shuttle service to the hotel which is just a few minutes away. Very good food in walking distance from the hotel. We did not eat in the hotel but the menu looked good and was reasonably priced. Highly recommend.

Beautiful rooms which match the hotels.com description however, a few exaggerations. No pool access, public pools 10 minutes drive away, breakfast is good but not prepared, cold food buffet (standard European, cold meats, cheese etc) but great barista prepared coffee. Parking can be challenging and we found office hours unpredictable and not necessarily as advertised. When we arrived during reception hours no-one was in attendance and there was not a note with information about how to make contact re getting ino our room. The next day we witnessed another couple going through a similar dilemma to us... no ability to contact reception and advise that they had arrived. For us there was also the issue of parking our car, we didn't know where we could park, if there was parking allocated close by... we just had to go away and keep returning until we found the office occupied. Lovely and engaging reception staff just difficult to contact and communicate with prior to check-in. All up a great and romantic get away with beautiful views...

Really nice. The room was clean and it’s spacious. Staff is helpful and the breakfast was very good. Not a lot of amenities like pool or gym but it wasn’t important to us. You can walk to downtown where you can see the trullis and do shopping. I would recommend.

The hotel is in an excellent location. However, the hotel is tired and is in need of a remodel.
