Aquamarine, 2 bedroom beach house and private pool!

AQUAMARINE is a freshly renovated home that combines elegance and comfort, ideally located in the secure residence of Orient Bay, Saint Martin, just a few steps from the beach.



Upstairs, two beautiful bedrooms with king-size beds and en-suite bathrooms open onto a large terrace overlooking the pool and garden.



The toilets are separate for added convenience.



On the ground floor, you will find a third bathroom (with shower, sink, and toilet), a brand-new fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, and dryer, as well as a bright living room with a sofa bed opening onto a spacious terrace with an outdoor dining area and lounge.



Outside, the private pool surrounded by sunbeds invites you to fully enjoy the Caribbean sunshine.



Everything is within walking distance: restaurants, beach bars, bakery, grocery store, and watersports.



Fully air-conditioned, equipped with WiFi, TV, and two private parking spaces, AQUAMARINE is the perfect place for a refined and unforgettable holiday in Orient Bay.

Aquamarine Townhouse

Well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds and great pool and patio. Gas grill was an added feature as well. Christine was great at communicating. We will stay here again when we come back. The restaurants in the village were outstanding as was the beach of coarse.

Aquamarine is amazing!! So charming and convenient to everything in Orient Bay. All the amenities are provided, very clean and the Property Manager is very responsive, polite and professional!!

Glad to be back!

After a 2 year absence from the island due to Covid, we found a great place to stay at Aquamarine. This villa is exactly as advertised and Christine was easy to reach and very communicative. Courtyard and pool were lovely to come home to every afternoon. Villa was very clean and appointed. Location was just steps from village center and the beach. Will definitely rent again!

Perfect location

We loved staying at the Aquamarine condo. It was the perfect setting for a young family. We loved walking to the beach and all the restaurants. Having the pool to play and cool off in was great!

Great location on the French side

Property was exactly what I expected. Two nicely appointed rooms and ample living space. Kitchen was a little small, but had everything we needed.

Orient Bay

Orient Bay is our favorite location to stay in SXM. The condo was small but clean. Very convenient to restaurants and beach. Parking was great and the manager was very sweet and accommodating. The furnishings were sparse and could have used some extra blankets in the bedrooms, rugs, pillows to lounge. Not too many comfy chairs, sofas to hang out in, especially since we had one complete rain out day. Otherwise all was good.

Aquamarine Villa, Orient Bay, Saint Martin

My wife and I stayed at Aquamarine Villa in Orient Bay in Saint Martin March 24, 2021 to April 3, 2021. We have been visiting and staying in Orient Bay 2 or 3 times a year for 18 years and this was our first time in this rental and it was absolutely perfect. The convenience to everything in Orient Bay is perfect!! The beach, bars, restaurants, etc. are all within 1 minute by walking! The villa has everything!!! It is very clean, neat, charming! There is all the appliances you need (washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, coffee maker, TV, excellent WIFI, etc.). Having the swimming pool was wonderful also. There are 2 parking spaces for cars. The location is very safe. The property manager Christine could not have been better!! She is very responsive, professional and goes out of her way to make sure you have everything you need and makes herself easily available and replies to any questions immediately!! We will definitely be coming back to this rental!!!!
