One of the hosts at the Steirer restaurant was unfriendly, but everyone else was very nice. One host was great and helped me with a disgustingly rude Italian woman who tried to jump in front of me while in line. The breakfast was fine. The rooms were roomy and clean. The front desk staff were friendly as well. They didn't set up as thoroughly as they should for lectures though.

"The staff was very friendly, even though our room was not ready after 4pm. They then fixed it within 20+ minutes. In Expedia, it is mentioned that the center of town is 3 minutes away by car, but it is more like 10 minutes. And what is called a "mountain view" is a view on the parking lot."

"The hotel is fine and in decent condition. The walls are thin enabling me to hear my neighbors' TV. The staff were generally unable to converse in English and thus I had to use my broken German to try to get by - this resulted in my interactions with all but one person (a waitress at breakfast) being ..."
