I think the hotel is more focussed on style than substance. They are losing the essence of customer context in lieu of creating a perceived style quotient which too is failing as they overlook basic necessities of a stay. The breakfast is average. We stayed in The Balcony room as we were downgraded from the Velvet suite since their Aircon was malfunctioning. The hotel did not consider it important to inform us of this critical change before arrival. The room for 2+1 was limited space with inefficient design and the room didn't have any support for bags. They did offer us a few free coupons for drinks and dessert which was kind of Madeline at the front desk. But the coordination with the restaurant being unaware of such coupons was visibly absent. Though the location is excellent. The rooms are very clean and the interior decor is mix of modern and contemporary giving a good fusion.

Best located in the heart of Vienna in old refurbished palace . One of a kind breakfast not to be missed ! Top level rooms and best service possible.

The rooms were very well designed and equipped with amenities. Sound proofing was also good.
