This is bang in the centre of town, close to restaurants, sights. Everything is within walking distance.
The lady gave me clear instructions on how to access the building and my room as there's usually no-one in reception. She was very helpful when i was looking at train times to Traki castle.
The room is very simple, had a kettle, some tea sachets. The shower had instant hot water (great as i usually have to wait for it to heat up).
I did have breakfast once which was rye bread, salmon, little mozzarella balls, yohurt with muesli/nuts and coffee.
It shares the front door with a Japanese restaurant and theres a constant smell of old fried oil in the air which i disliked. It would be great to have some candles or pot pouri to offset the smell.

We really liked the location and a wonderful staff of hotel Rinno. She was awesome. But there was no AC and it was hot. So they arranged for us to move to another hotel which had AC.
This was supposed to be a 4 star. The name of the other hotel was moon garden. We did not like the room, the stench or the bathroom. We would have preferred Rinno hotel but with some ventilation.
