"This was a nice hotel near the hot spring. The food at the attached restaurant was good and reasonably priced. Too bad the pool was not open when we were there. Sarafim at the front desk was very helpful."

"This is a Relais & Chateau, and the staff is as responsive as this expects. Rooms are nice if a bit dated. Pool area is good. Spa has a whirlpool, jacuzzi, and wet & dry saunas available on request but monitored to ensure they’re not too busy. Dining was excellent. I am celiac/gluten-free and staff ensured I was kept safe. "I made a reservation with the information that it was 14km away from Saturnia at the time of booking, and the Resort and Saturni were 35km. Also, the mattress of the bed felt a spring in my body and could not sleep easily. When I got out, I could not clean my room."

If we wanted to use the restaurant we had to drive. Our apartment was very small and only had a small pool. AC was not very good and wifi was terrible. Expected great things, was below average considering the price. Off of a main road, with fast cars so could not cycle or run safely. Will not go again."
