"What a joke of a hotel. Expedia shows it right in the heart of Mardin Old City, but surprise—it’s actually 5 miles away in the middle of nowhere. Total false advertising. When I pointed this out, the receptionist couldn’t care less. He was loud, rude, and basically told me “not my problem, talk to Expedia, take it or leave it.” Wow, amazing customer service. "+ The room has a cool setup in a cave, the Aircon worked reasonably well. Good price.
- Not very clean, the towels were wet. There was no wifi even though it was advertised on hotels.com listing. The phone signal in the room is bad, so it's hard to use the internet. The power went off frequently."
