"Staff were all friendly. Jo in the function room went above and beyond in lokking after us forf the conference. a few small maintenance items need to be done but overall a good stay. Food was great and plentiful."

"Was not a good experience. Under new management. Husband and I both got an electric shock from a light switch, an electrician was called and all light switches changed. A blind cover fell down and hit my daughter on the forehead. Carpets were dirty and smelt like mildew. Blinds all broken. Roof top terrace had heaps of unused/stored furniture. Management were apologetic and a full refund was given, such a waste, has awesome potential. Was the worst place we’ve ever stayed in the Sunny Coast. "
