Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit in der Ferienwohnung Carmen und können diese für max.4 Personen empfehlen. Sie ist recht klein und gemütlich. In den Schränken ist genügend Stauraum vorhanden. Die Wohung war sehr sauber, ist aber insgesamt etwas in die Jahre gekommen, das stört uns nicht, es ist alles vorhanden, was man so braucht und die Betten sind bequem. Die Wohung liegt mit dazugehörigen Parkplatz sehr ruhig am Hang. Die Aussicht vom Balkon ist wunderschön. Im Garten kann man prima sitzen. Diesen teilt man wie den Balkon (jeder hat seinen eigenen Bereich) mit den Nachbarn. Die sind aber sehr nett und stören nicht. -Die Außendusche ist auf jeden Fall ein Highlight, um sich mal kurz abzukühlen. Das Bad in der Wohnung war etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig, da man direkt am Duschbereich vorbei zum WC geht.-Ein Fahrzeug sollte man schon haben um gut von A nach B zu kommen und die wunderschöne Insel Elba zu erkunden...Danke für den schönen Aufenthalt und die gute Kommunikation!

Appartamento idoneo per quattro persone, ma avrebbe bisogno di sfruttare meglio gli spazi (in una delle camere, quella con la veranda, il letto blocca l'apertura della finestra e per aprire tutti è necessario togliere un comodino, in cucina ci sono dei ripiani pieni di suppellettili belli, ma poco pratici per una casa con spazi ridotti). Cucina ben attrezzata. Il bagno ha una doccia teoricamente walk-in floor, ma ha una lavorazione con materiale che ricorda la sabbia che fa accumulare l'acqua nella parte di pavimento prospiciente il wc e il lavandino senza possibilità di allontanala se non asciugando con lo straccio. Inoltre la finestra del bagno non si apre completamente e va a bloccarsi contro il rubinetto del lavandino. Lo spazio esterno, comprensivo di doccia, è gradevole ma l'area barbecue andrebbe tenuta più pulita dagli aghi di pino perché nel caso di tizzoni che escono dal barbecue potrebbe essere pericoloso nei periodi di forte siccità come l'estate ( noi abbiamo sgombrato e pulito l'area prima di usarla). Posizione baricentrica per visitare l'isola. Host facilmente raggiungibile e che risponde in tempi brevi. Vicina a Marina di campo per la spesa, ma necessaria la macchina per spostarsi.
