I enjoyed my stay quite a lot. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The room was big and clean. Parking was easy. The location is minutes away from town (a 5-minute walk or less) to restaurants and the beach. Breakfast was plentiful and there were views of the island.

Good Hotel to Relax and enjoy Elba

Nice Hotel, newly renovated with good Size rooms and silent at night. Breakfast is good, Pool area is big and Hotel is near to the beaches. Just the street crossing is a little dangerous a it is in a corner. Parking even under roof, is available. We had dinner twice and food is ok, no highlights, but for 30Euro/Person absolutely fine. Not everyone of the stuff talks english. Wifi in our room was weak, but they have a smart TV in the room where you can watch Youtube or Amazon Prime at night. Overall a nice place to relax.

Great Views and Location

Bellissimo !!

absolutely beautiful bay - location was great! with a good view from the room with balcony. Only minus, was the road below our balcony But the road was small, and only few cars on it at night. The pool was amazing!

Buongiorno Bella struttura ma la ns camera purtroppo era terribile, sporca e letto matrimoniale ridicolo..due letti accoppiati rumorosi, bastava sedersi per farli scricchiolare e scivolare sul pavimento scostandosi di continuo creando un avvallamento fastidioso. Dovrebbero porre più attenzione a cio che vendono, non riempire a tutti i costi vendendo camere ridicole e non all'altezza dello standard delle 4 stelle visto che la struttura lo è, perlomeno apparentemente. Personale cortesissimo e disponibile; camera 214 con vista mozzafiato sul golfo di Procchio; sia la camera che il bagno erano pulitissimi, l'arredamento è di ottimo gusto (ci sono camere con arredi moderni ed altri più etnici, come la noistra). La sala della colazione, che viene usata anche oper la cena (ma noi avevamo solo la colazione invlusa), ha enormi vetrate sul golfo, coem il resto dell'hotel è pulita, ordinata e c'è un enorme numero di camerieri. La colazione è varia: le paste (dolci) sono tutte fresche e croccanti; non abbiamo provato il salato ma abbiamo visto uova, prosciutto, formaggi: tutto in abbondanza. Abbiamo molto apprezzato la cortesia del maitre oltre che del persoanle alla reception. La piscina è stupenda come il resto. Trovare un hotel di livello così alto e così ben curato è stata una vera sorpresa nell'immobilità elbana.

È veramente stato un piacere soggiornare in questo hotel ,i metrè sono eccezionali i camerieri molto garbati la cucina ottima e le camere sempre pulite e in più avevamo la vista mare che è impagabile .grazie per averci regalato un ottimo soggiorno ci ritorneremo sicuramente.

É la seconda volta consecutiva che torno in questo albergo e il mio giudizio non può essere che super positivo... Alto livello in ogni aspetto... Io e il mio ragazzo abbiamo soggiornato in questo bellissimo hotel nel mese di Agosto. Accoglienza perfetta, personale gentile, discreto ed educato, pulizia impeccabile e mangiare davvero sublime. Che dire, di meglio era difficile!

Schönes Hotel toller Service.....pool Lage Hammer

Sehr angenehmes Hotel. Supertolle Lage am Strand und wunderschöner Pool. Der Kinderspielplatz war gross angesagt aber etwas schwach angelegt. Hat aber nichts gemacht, da wunderschöner Strand in der Nähe Weinbar in der Nähe war super!

pessima esperienza

PESSIMO. Ho prenotato e pagato anticipatamente un soggiorno di tre notti per “camera classic, vista giardino, un letto matrimoniale, camera non fumatori”; al mio arrivo mi hanno assegnato una camera vista muro giacché la stessa dava accesso a un cavedio sul quale sovrastava l’impianto di condizionamento centralizzato. Alle mie contestazioni circa la mancanza di corrispondenza con quanto pagato mi era argomentato che l’hotel era al completo; fermo sulle mie posizioni mi era proposta (accettata perché era la meno peggio tra le due, fattemi) una stanza con vista mare ma delle dimensioni di 2,20 mt x 3,20 mt senza comodini (non ci potevano stare!) con un letto di una piazza e mezzo, con un armadio di 45x90x190 cm di cui una parte, occupata dal mini-bar (gli abiti abbiamo dovuto appenderli alla meglio!), posta di fronte all’ascensore (con conseguente rumore dato dall’ascensore e dal corridoio privo di moquette), era anche per fumatori atteso che sul minuscolo tavolino era posto un posacenere. Consiglio per i futuri clienti NON pagate in anticipo e accertatevi che non vi diano tale stanza (la 404!) che credo non sia nemmeno a norma dal punto di vista dell’idoneità agli standard previsti dalle norme in vigore.
