It features a beautifully furnished living/dining room with a bed measuring 140 cm wide and 200 cm in length, complete with air conditioning. The living/dining room provides direct access to the terrace and the swimming pool. There are two double bedrooms, each equipped with a French bed measuring 180 cm wide and 200 cm in length, a shower/WC, satellite TV, and air conditioning. Both bedrooms have an exit leading to the terrace.

The property boasts an open kitchen that is fully equipped with an oven, dishwasher, 4 induction hot plates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, and an electric coffee machine.
