The house accommodates 6 guests.
On the ground floor there is a bathroom and an open-space kitchen, dining, and living area connected to a large 30 m² covered terrace with a barbecue and outside dining with direct access to a private swimming pool and a spacious sun deck with a shower and 6 sun loungers, all surrounded with rosemary and greens for relaxing leisure rest.
On the top floor there are 2 bathrooms and 3 bedrooms with double beds, all with direct access to the 20 m² open terrace.
All rooms are air-conditioned, and the house is fully equipped for a relaxing holiday, with a fully equipped kitchen, a living room with a smart TV, bathrooms with towels and a washing machine, and linen as well.
Wifi, air-conditioning, and parking for 2 vehicles are free.
The owner lives in the semi-detached part of the house on the opposite side, having a separate entrance and parking, and not sharing any space or view with guests, so the guests have complete privacy.
Please note this property does not accept parties or youth groups with individuals aged 26 or under. Do not book this property if you are a youth group or a stag/hen party, as your booking will be rejected post-booking, which may include on arrival at the property or during your stay, and you will not be refunded.

In just a few minutes by car, you can reach different kinds of restaurants, shops, petrol stations, and cafés. The closest beach is only a 9 km away, and several others are about 15-20 km (Duga Uvala, Fazana...).
In the villa’s surroundings, visitors can explore picturesque Istrian villages, wine cellars, and enjoy the rich culinary offerings of local restaurants.
The guests can try horse riding in Manjadvorci 3 km away, or challenge their skills in Adrenalin Park in Glavani 6 km away.
