Very spacious family villa with large private heated pool & beautiful sea views

  • Located in the quieter residential district of Marbella called Marbesa very close to numerous golden beaches including world renowned Nikki beach and just a 10 minute drive from the centre of Marbella and Puerto Banus.
    A leafy, tree-lined street, pretty and quiet, takes you directly to the beach within 5 minutes walk.
    The spacious villa offers peace and quiet with plenty of life just a stone's throw away. The property has a private pool (optional heating on request) with large poolside area including pizza oven, barbecue and dining area as well as separate terrace on each of the 3 floors.
    Sea views from ground floor and first floor terrasse.
    Delightful garden with fruit trees : lemons, mangoes, oranges, apricots, grapes and Mediterranean flora.
    Andalusian character with a contemporary feel.
    The villa is ideal for a large family or group as it can accommodate up to 16 people.
    NOTE : hen or stags parties are strictly not accepted.

Wonderful stay!

This house was perfect for our family of 11. The owners were incredibly helpful and the house was everything we hoped it would be. There was so much to do for both the young children and the adults. We enjoyed the beaches, the pool and loved venturing into Marbella. We all agreed that we would love to come back!

A great find . A very will equipped spacious house . It didn’t feel we were on top of each other as over 3 floors with separate upstairs veranda with seating as well as great outside seating and dinning area on ground floor and downstairs area to sit outside. The pool was a lovely temperature as we asked for it to be heated ( October visit) therefore children spent much of the time enjoying pool. Hosts were great, helpful and allowed us to arrive and depart around flight times . Fully recommend this place

We were really happy with the house which fit the description and with the surrounding area. All was great for a 3 generation familly travelling right after Christmas. Easy contacts with the ownwer and cleaning lady. Would definitly go back!

Wonderful property

Great holiday

Spacious property with an amazing pool which was very deep at one end. Although the pool was heated it was a little cool for the smaller children. The owners were extremely helpful with any problems incurred. Overall the family enjoyed the holiday despite a few days of rain.

Beautiful Villa

We had a fantastic 14 night stay in this Villa. There were 16 of us with an age range of 1-73 years. Plenty of space inside and lovely comfortable loungers by the pool. Mireille was very helpful and quick to respond to any questions or queries. Would definitely book again.

Perfect location, lovely villa

This villa is very well located and a very good fit for a large group. The hosts were helpful and communicated well. I will say that the downstairs heat (as we went in February) didn't work too well and that the couch is in need of an upgrade (just not very comfortable) and the two guest bathroom had very slippery tubs, but we purchased some bathtub mats to keep them safe. But the overall experience was excellent and I would book this place again. The pool is lovely (even in February heated.) And Simbad's down the street is a true treasure with excellent food, great patio and good music.

Wonderful house in a loveley location

We were four families, eight adults and eight children, and this house was perfect for us! Lovely rooms and garden with a pool where the children loved to play. A big table outside where we could all sit and eat together and enjoy a good barbecue dinner. Beach and supermarket in walking distance. The host was available for questions at all times. We loved the “Encanto House” as the children named it. Would definitely return ☺️

A dream holiday

This property is all that is advertised, and more and good value for all on offer. We went as a family group for special reunion. There is plenty of room so you do not feel on top of each other. The villa is stunning and immaculate with plenty of activities to do. Pool beautiful and well kept. Hosts Mireille and Richard exceptional and very contactable. Lovely welcome and treat on arrival (thank you). Good location with nice places to visit (again thank you Mireille & Richard for clear welcome pack). All in all highly recommended this special place.

Amazing Villa

We stayed as a group of 14 adults and there was so much room. Not only were all the rooms of ample size but the living, kitchen and garden area was a great size for all to have lots of room and not feel like you were on top of each other. The villa is well equipped and decorated throughout. The location was great and in easy reach by cab, however! down the uber app, the taxi companies struggled with out pronunciation of the address.

Wonderful family holiday.

We were impressed by the information we received prior to our booking and really pleased we could get into the villa a little early as it was ready- a kind gesture from the hosts. The property has plenty of room for a family ranging in age from 2 - 80! Pool was amazing and well used. We liked walking to the beach but most days chose to drive a short distance to more of a sandy beach. Villa is well equipped and we used the BBQ most nights to cook. Everyone enjoyed relaxing together. Thank you to Mireille, Richard and Nelia - who was very kind and helpful when needed.

Beautiful Villa

The Villa, garden, pool and location are perfect! Yes it’s in a quiet residential area so no spontaneous pool parties in the evenings but on the other hand only a few minutes travel from all activities and shops. Very convenient. All correspondence with the owners was promptly answered and no problems occurred during our stay. The check in was a bit stressful because the person handing over was ready 2 hours early and wasn’t keen on waiting until 4 pm (the stated check in time) and we had to rush a bit to get there earlier than planned. Early check in is a bonus so just mentioning this so others can be aware that it is a possibility. Highly recommended

Loved this holiday, the Villa is typical Spanish rustic, Its very close to the motorway for easy connections although you cannot hear the motorway - its a very quiet and private neighbourhood with large properties.. 3 or 4 restaurants on the beach's within an easy 10-15 minute walk - Supercor Supermarket is less than 10 mins walk. Puerta Banus is 20 mins in an Uber 30 euro's each way.......You have 3 Double Bedrooms and a Bedroom with 2 Singles on the top floor with an ensuite and a family bathroom.... Middle floor has Large Kitchen , Lounge and Dining room with another double bedroom... Lower floor has a living area and kitchen with 2 single beds, a furtehr Double bedroom and a further bedroom with 2 Single beds.. and a Games Room.... Outside you have an outside Kitchen , Garden , good size pool, seating area's and a large table that fits 12+..... Had a great time .. would go back.

We had a fantastic time at the villa. It was even nicer than the photos and is so big with lots of different areas to sit if you do not want to be on top of each other in the villa. It was one of the best equipped villas i have stayed in with every thing you need .There was a very good super market near by that stocks every thing you need.The villa is situated in a quiet area .We were allowed to get in the villa early which was really good because we arrived on an early flight. Mireille told us about the beach house for the last day and what a lovely place to spend our last day .They charged us 20 euros each to hire the sun bed for the day right by the sea front with luxury beds and tables and waiter service by your bed and the meal is one of the best we had .We did pre book with being a larger group they also provide you with beach towels .They also stored our cases as only had small 10kg ones not sure if they would store large cases. Please book this outstanding villa you will not be disappointed .We had a fantastic relaxing great experience and well done to the owners 100% The communication with the owners was excellent .We were met by Neila and she was so friendly and welcoming.

Excellent stay in this wonderful property

We have just enjoyed an all round excellent stay at this property. As a group of 11 women wishing to spend some quality time together, this villa was perfect. Communication with the owner to book and prior the holiday was brilliant, they were happy to answer any questions I had and provided us with lots of useful information about our stay. Upon arrival it was obvious the photos don’t do the villa justice! Every room and space was beautiful, decorated tastefully, and spotlessly clean. The kitchen is very well equipped for cooking for big groups. The outside space was wonderful to eat as a group and relax either on the patio or by the pool. We had the pool heated which made it the perfect temperature for swimming in April, although we were lucky enough to have some sunshine! The villa is a 5 minute walk from a large supermarket, which we frequented often. We walked the 7 minutes to the beach and had an excellent meal at restaurant Simbad. We got taxis into old town Marbella and Puerto Banus, which took approx 20 mins to both. The airport is 30 mins away and we used a prearranged transfer service as recommended by the property owner. Thank you Richard and Mireille for a wonderful stay at your villa, we hope to be back again soon!
