The complex has 3 pools (1 indoor) a gym & stunning gardens. An abundance of coffee shops, restaurants, bars & pool clubs are on your door step. It’s walking distance to the port & beaches.
The space
Stunning property spread over 3 floors. It has been fully renovated, everything is new, no expense has been spared.
The decor, furnishings and appliances are of the highest standard.
The large appliances are Miele and the small appliances are Dolce and Gabbana Smeg.
On the top floor is your own private bar with a lounge area that looks over the main pool and beautiful gardens and it also has perfect mountain views. The bar is equipped with Phillips Hue lighting, so you can control your lighting to whatever colours you like.
There is a huge amount of wardrobe space. The beds are top of the range, bed 1 is a double, bed 2 is a super king and bed 3 is a king size, but we can change it to two singles if this is required. There are big smart TVs in every bedroom. The sun in Marbella is very bright from early morning, all bedrooms have black out curtains, you will not have a disturbed sleep.
The marble bathrooms are beautiful, (one has a double ended bath), the mirrors have inbuilt speakers you can control from your mobile, as with the ceiling speaker in bedroom 1 and the Alexa speaker in your rooftop bar.
The terraces get all day sun, but If you like shade, there are awnings on both terraces.
There is a very useful 15m2 storage area for cases etc, so they are not in your daily space.
The marble table on lounge terrace, which also looks over the pool and stunning gardens shows seating for 6, but it accommodates 8 and the extra seats are in the storage area.
We have extended the wifi signal to cover most of the main pool area, so you will not need to use data roaming in most areas around the main pool.
The complex has 3 swimming pools, of which one is indoor and there is a gym and sauna. The huge communal gardens are a stunning oasis and have won many awards.
The property is ultra central, on your doorstep you are surrounded by an abundance of upmarket bars, restaurants, night clubs and pool clubs as well as tennis and golf clubs. There is 24hr security, CCTV and patrols. It is exceptionally safe.
You are also in walking distance to the port and beaches. However, if you do have a car for days out, you have your own numbered dedicated parking space.
We do not charge cleaning fees, if you would like mid term cleaning, ironing, linen changes etc, please let us know in advance and we can arrange to put you in direct contact with the cleaning company we use.
