Please note: Marbellamar is a tranquil, residential area made up of stylish townhouses in a prime location. Out of respect for our neighbours, Casa Petit Palais is not suitable for stag or hen groups or guests planning to host loud gatherings. We kindly ask all guests to respect quiet hours and maintain a peaceful atmosphere, particularly in the communal areas.

Inside, Petit Palais is fully equipped with modern comforts, including high-speed Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a washing machine, and hair dryers in each bathroom. For entertainment, the satellite TV offers a broad range of channels in Spanish, English, German, Dutch, French, Russian, Swedish, and Norwegian.



Located within a secure and well-maintained community, guests enjoy complimentary access to a swimming pool (only opening during the warmer months), tennis court, and padel court. The famed beachfront promenade (Paseo Marítimo) is just steps away, offering a scenic walking and cycling route that connects Marbella to the east and Puerto Banús to the west.

For added convenience, guests can arrange cleaning and linen changes during their stay at an additional cost. We also offer maid services and can organise catering within the property.

Easter: Saturday 28 March to Sunday 5 April, from 11:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. (weather permitting)



April 5 to May 1: Pool closed



May 1 to June 15: 11:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.



June 16 to August 31: 11:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.



September 1 to October 15: 11:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.



The pool is closed outside these dates and times.
