Sehr gepflegte Anlage

Die Wohnung ist sehr gepflegt, die Anlage auch. Der Pool ist offiziell von 11-19:00 geöffnet, wurde in der Regel aber bis ca. 20:00 Uhr genutzt. Der Balkon hat ab Mittags Sonne, ist aber mit Markise auch dann gut nutzbar. Ein Supermarkt und diverse Restaurants sind bequem zu Fuß erreichbar. Zum Yachthafen in Marbella sind es ca. 30 Minuten zu Fuß an der Strandpromenade. Insgesamt sehr zu empfehlen!

Instalaciones inmejorables, sitio muy tranquilo y apartamento muy limpio y no le faltaba ni un detalle. Muy buen trato ,la verdad es que volveremos seguro!

Örtliche Betreuung sehr gut. Lage sehr gut. Wohnungsausstattung gut. Allerdings ist das Gebäude sehr hellhörig. Das stört manchmal.
