It has a dining room, with television and an American kitchen equipped with everything necessary so that you can prepare coffee in the morning or a delicious pasta, a spacious and cozy space to share special moments with family and friends with excellent lighting.



You will also have 2 bathrooms equipped for your comfort and privacy.



A large patio, with a dining area and a beautiful Balinese bed, ideal for relaxing outdoors, sunbathing or enjoying a dinner at sunset. Imagine sharing anecdotes with a good wine in this beautiful space!



As if that weren't enough, you will have 3 swimming pools at your disposal, a small pool for children, another large one that is open in summer from 8:00 in the morning to 12:00 at night, as well as a heated pool from October to April with hours from 8:00 in the morning to 8:00 in the evening. All surrounded by a beautiful garden and loungers so you can relax, get a tan, or read a good book.



Located in a privileged location, a few steps from the beach and a few minutes by car from the city of Málaga.

For stays of 28 days or more, please take into account the following information:



1. You must sign a temporary lease agreement.

2. Utilities such as electricity, water, or gas combined will be covered up to a total of 150 EUR per month. Any excess will be charged through the resolution center once invoices are available. Internet is free for all stays and will not be considered here.

3. You must assume an additional fee for administrative services set at 175 EUR.
