A Sisters Getaway

Family Memories

Loved this villa!!! My family and I have rented other villas here before, this is definitely the best one. Had everything we needed for a long weekend. Loved the convenience of a half bath on the 1st floor. Everything has been updated, new appliances, sofa bed downstairs is very comfortable. Linens are soft, beds upstairs are cozy and most importantly the Properly Manager was very sweet, attentive and responsive. We will definitely be renting here again in the near future. Thank you for a wonderful weekend!

Cozy Cottage April '24

Cute little townhouse, clean and well stocked. We live on the west coast of Florida, my daughter and her family were staying at Hawks Cay for 5 days. We decided to drive over and see them. The location was awesome for us, this townhome is on Hawks Cay property, we brought bikes which made it super convenient getting to and from the hotel. The yard is adorable, our dog enjoyed dropping & retrieving his toys from the spa/pool. We will definitely be back!

Overall the stay was great. However the property needs some furniture and kitchen equipment replacement. We sent email to property manager regarding issues prior our stay. Hopefully, we receive our deposit back soon. We followed the check out list including washing and drying pool towels. House was left clean and organized. Thank you,

Great spot in the Keys

We enjoyed our stay, it is situated in the middle of the keys which made the drive to Key West not bad. It was close to Marathon which had beaches & shopping. The area is clean and secure and quite, which we appreciated. We had everything we needed. Only thing we wish we had a bit more storage as the rooms are small and with suitcases and a pack and play made it hard to maneuver in. But we didn’t spend a lot of time at the condo it was fine. The wading pool was a big cold because of the time of year and it would have been nice to heat it up but we still enjoyed it one evening. All in all no complaints. We were not disappointed.
