You can see ocean water from every room in the house. and the interior design was chosen to maximize comfort, with a stress-free peaceful setting.

Depending on the time of year (usually January – September) you will enjoy magnificent perfect Key West sunsets like no other from both the upper and lower house decks and pool area. The 7-Mile is located in the most requested area of Marathon Island as most of the top restaurants and nightlife are only a few minutes from this location

You can enjoy scenic jogs or bike rides on Flagler Pidgeon Key Bridge (no motor vehicles allowed) or enjoy a ride on the Pidgeon Key Trolly. World-class charter fishing and watercraft rentals are within walking distance of Oceans Cay. You can keep your watercraft tied up in front where you can see your precious toys all the time.

This was by far my best vacation I have ever had. The house was absolutely amazing the views were spectacular the best sunsets. We were able to dock our boat right in front of our rental. All of our guests had the best time ever. Jessieca the went far and above my expectations.

Perfect Vacation

Fantastic place to stay for families or couples. Beautiful house and outside space with everything you need to relax or play. The winner for sure was the warm swimming pool overlooking the ocean. There were excellent restaurants nearby you could walk to and we loved the nearby trail to 7 mile bridge you could walk or ride with provided bikes. Loved every minute of this vacation.

Booked for a surprise 40th for my wife! We were blown away by the property. Beautiful views, meticulously maintained, and the host Jessica was extremely easy to work with and very accommodating. If an issue arose she was always able to be reached and the problem was fixed immediately. From the moment we checked in to the day we left it was an amazing experience. Our 9 days went by way to fast and we are already wanting to return!

Thank you Jessieca for helping to make our recent family vacation an enjoyable an memorable experience. You were readily available for any questions or requests we had making our stay very stress free. Everything was as advertised and then some. The home and views were incredible and our only disappointment was that we only visited for a week. We will definitely look to return to Marathon in the future and will not hesitate to stay at Seagrass should the need dictate.

I can't say enough about how wonderful this property is. Jessieca, the property manager, went above and beyond to make sure our stay was top notch. We loved having the fridge stocked with drinks when we arrived, the pool is perfect, and the view from the house is just amazing. Everything was in great shape, top notch appliances, wi-fi, all of it. If you're thinking about staying in Marathon in the Florida Keys, look no futher than this wonderful spot. The location is amazing, right next to the seven mile bridge and an easy drive to Key West if you're interested. Can't wait to go back again!
