Marathon home in a quiet neighborhood. Near beaches, boat ramp, water sports, fishing, snorkeling, restaurants and shops. Get ready to relax in this superb 2-bedroom villa in Marathon. This adorable property features 2 queen beds, 2 bathrooms with a shower, and a cozy living room with a sofa bed. With amenities like a hairdryer, AC, heating, WiFi, and a washing machine and dryer. Guests will have everything they need for a tremendous stay. We hope you'll enjoy your stay at our villa.
Short or long term stay available. You will not be disappointed with this house. Includes cable, TV, internet and a phone line. If you like warm weather, sunshine, and the ocean, this is the place to be, the Florida Keys!

Due to the City of Marathon’s seven-day minimum requirement for short-term rentals, our fees have been adjusted to reflect a seven-night stay for the price of a 4-night stay. While you are welcome to stay for fewer nights—such as three, four, or five—the full seven-night booking window will be reserved exclusively for your stay. Whether or not you choose to use all seven nights is entirely up to you. Thank you for your understanding.

The house is nice, clean, and in a great location in Marathon. We had a blast and are very thankful to have spent our time in the Keys at this place.

Great little get away property !! The only thing I would say is the AC was kinda loud, but other than that can’t wait to visit it again!!!

We enjoyed our time, it was clean and well stocked with lots of great items. The space layout was tight outside the bedrooms, the bathrooms were small and outdated. Very little privacy outside the unit.

We stayed here 5 of a 17 day trip to the Keys. This home was cute, very clean, which is extremely important to us as it shows the owners take care of their home and it was cozy. The location was in a good spot, as it was close to a lot of attractions and places to go out for a meal. The owners were very helpful and quick to respond. Something for the host to consider would be to put a book together of some suggestions of places you recommend to eat and nearby attractions. That would be very helpful for your guests. Also, you could include what you would like your guests to do before they leave, (garbage, run dishwasher, start towels, for example) We weren't sure what you expected upon departure. We liked the added extra touches that they provided, like most of the toiletries, extra coffee, just to name a couple.The one thing that would make it perfect would be if it was on the water, but I knew that when I booked it. I would recommend this home. Thank you for sharing your home with us! (Just an FYI, the 2nd bedroom fan isn't working. I'm not sure if you were aware of that, but you might want to check into getting that fixed)expected.expectations or requests that you
