The Space:
The kitchen includes full-sized appliances, a stove, refrigerator, and microwave, along with basic essentials for easy meal prep.
You can choose from multiple dining spots: a table for six, a breakfast nook for four, or a small table on the patio.

The living room offers a sleeper sofa, recliner, loveseat, flat-screen TV, and DVD player. From both the living area and one of the bedrooms, you can step out to the screened-in porch to enjoy the tropical breeze.

The condo includes an in-unit washer and dryer and comfortably sleeps up to six guests.

Walk to the private beach area for beautiful Florida sunsets, or head just 2.5 miles to Sombrero Public Beach to enjoy white sands and clear waters.

Guest Access:
Marathon Key Beach Club features one of the largest pools in the area and shares amenities with Banana Bay Resort, including access to boat slips and trailer parking (arranged through the dock master). Guests have full use of the condo and resort facilities for relaxation and recreation.
