「Out of all the places we stayed during our three weeks on the South Island, Ratanui Lodge provided the best service and hospitality. Firstly, the staff are so friendly and helpful, nothing is too much for them and the two ladies we dealt with went out of their way to give recommendations and ensure our stay was fantastic. 「Wonderful accommodation close the Able Tasman, beaches, caves, Farewell Spit, lots of interesting activities. The farm house is comfortable and well equipped. Kitchen is well oufitted, even shap knives! Beautiful deck for al fresco dining. Comfortable beds. Rob and Ivor are fabulous hosts willing to share a wealth of information about the area. The farm animals are fun to observe. An overall great stay.」

「i traveled the seven seas, to stay in this wonderful location sirround with firn trees and breathtsking views. i will remember it a lifetime also the chef that comes with it. i cant decide whether to call it Garden Eden or Paradise Beach, so i go for Garden Paradise :-)」

Everything about this property exceeded our expectations, from the clever layout, the beautifully crafted and curated art and furnishings, to the stunning view and even the little touches like the vases of beautiful flowers from the garden.
