"After a cancelled flight with new flight rescheduled for the next day were so grateful to be able to secure a room - plus upgrade at very short notice. The property manager stayed on late to let us in as reception had closed. Our spacious room on 2nd floor faced the ocean and had everything we needed for the night. Even a kitchenette and fresh milk for a cuppa. Thanks for the warm welcome. "

"We had an excellent stay at Quality Inn Napier! From check-in to check-out, everything went smoothly. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, making us feel welcome right away. Our room was spacious, clean, and tidy, with two comfortable queen beds. It was also very quiet, which gave us a restful and uninterrupted sleep each night. They kindly provided a portable double hot plate upon request, which was perfect for preparing our own meals. The toilet and bathroom were spotless—another big plus. The location is also a standout—convenient and walkable to Marine Parade, which made exploring Napier easy and enjoyable. Parking was spacious and felt very safe, adding to the peace of mind during our stay. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would gladly stay here again. Highly recommended!"
