"I have stayed at this property several times and it is my go-to when I visit Topeka. It is in a quiet area. The property is clean and the staff are kind. This visit, however, the WiFi was out for all three days of my stay. Because I work while I am in Topeka this was an inconvenience because I had to work off site at coffee shops which is not ideal. This is why I deducted points for amenities this time."

"Hotel was nice. We were just passing through so we needed a place to stay. Breakfast was good, room was a little warm and I couldn’t figure out how to turn up the AC. We arrived around 10:30pm and the staff there at the time was rude and obnoxious and didn’t like that I was trying to clarify a couple of questions that I had. The morning staff was kind though"

"Large room with comfortable bed. Bathroom was very clean. We did experience one problem, which we did not find till we went to bed at 11:00 pm. The floor between the window and bed was soggy wet. Believe the a c was leaking. Found the problem when I went to climb into bed. Told the front desk when we checked out next morning."
