Fantastisch uitzicht!

Heerlijk huis, van alle gemakken voorzien. Fijn zwembad, ruime kamers, heerlijke bedden en goed uitgeruste keuken. Fijne barbecue. Elke ochtend wakker worden met zonopkomst op geweldig uitzicht. Goed contact met agenten terplaatse die snel reageren en hulpvaardig zijn. We komen graag een keer terug!!

We didn’t like that they only give you 2 toilet paper per bathroom, we were 8 and stayed for 5 days Cleaning can be every other day, but we enjoy our stay

Magnificent Casa Buena Suerte!

Everything about the house is great: location, views, comfort and, above all, the friendly attention of Peder, Fausto and Edgar, who did everything to make our stay memorable. The only thing we could think of to improve would be to install black outs in the bedrooms. Would be greatly appreciated. We’ll surely be back!

Absolutely beautiful house with pool and ocean views.

Everything was a great experience. The house is located in a gated area. Very clean, luxury bedding, beautiful views of the ocean/lagoons. . We felt very comfortable at this house and will be back.

Not as promised

Communication was good to start but as soon as we arrived we were passed off to someone that had trouble communicating in English, the house was gorgeous BUT there was actual filth on light switch’s urine around the toilets and just generally unkept unclean area’s in this gorgeous home that I’m pretty certain the owner wouldn’t approve or appreciate. I let them know during my stay and twice contacted the manager after our stay but he completely dismissed my concerns and comments by stating how many properties they managed and that MOST people were happy,that’s no reason to dismiss someone’s unhappiness and issues . I have pictures of the problems but he didn’t even ask to see them or really want o hear about anything instantly closed his mind to helping hearing or being interested in fixing any issues, another thing I was unhappy about is we had to do our own laundry and bedding fo the house as the maid was Isick so they didn’t change our bedding for six days ! We had to do it ourselves again the manager showed no care or concerns. They even tried to tell me there prices were low for the area !!! Look for yourself. Overall not a great experience!

Safe, Clean, Comfortable

We called this property home for 7 days. My family and I were extremely happy and comfortable in this house. Safety is #1 for us followed by clean and comfortable. This property exceeded our expectations. The property sits on a hill with a beautiful view and is far away from the noise of the city to help you relax but close enough to drive down for dinner our site seeing. The property manager was awesome, always available and willing to help in any way. The house is equipped with everything you need. I highly recommend this property. I traveled with my husband, elderly mother and two sons, 7 and 10.
