Good hotel, central area. Clean room and bathroom.

The property seemed to me in good condition and very close to the subway, restaurants, and markets in case you need to buy something. All the electrical equipment works without any problem. I can't say anything about the staff's attention because there was no one to greet us.

Excellent location right on Grand Via and close to shops and restaurants in downtown Madrid. The rooftop terrace on the 27th floor and the pool on the 21st floor have breathtaking views of the city. The staff was very professional and courteous. We would return to this hotel in a heartbeat and look forward to visiting Madrid again - we loved the city and this hotel!
