The staff was amazing. Courteous, attentive, and with a super pleasant demeanor.
The room was also perfect: big enough, super comfortable, quiet, and beautifully decorated.

Great value for money. Everyone happy and looking after you. New, modern, clean, well designed. Near to new modern shopping mall, Central. One of the street vendors on the other side of 7/11 sold me a wonderful mixed seafood for 80 Baht. Worth a revisit.

Great staff, especially Fon. Perfect location on the river and some of the best Thai food I've ever had (the green papaya salad couldn't have been more fresh!). I wouldn't suggest the pool room.... It feels clostrophobic, no view of anything.
