「The place was very clean, tidy and equipped with everything you’ll need, from kitchen utensils to cooking condiments, board games and even cleansing facial tissues! The bed was spacious and super comfy! The house was located on a private walkway behind the host’s house so it was very private and quiet. There is plenty of parking in the front of the host’s house and the host was excellent at communication!
Overall, it was a great place to stay for our 2-day getaways and the price is unbeatable...

「It was super affordable, very quiet, garage parking was a plus, at no additional charge, elevator access, and a great location. Only downsides were that the room wasn't super cold, like most hotels, the tv didn't work, and there was no hot water, for the shower. Other than that, if you think of it like camping indoors, it's perfect for you!」

「Every room was clean. My guest said they felt like they were on a beach in Miami from the feel of the house!
I called about a very small issue I notified the host and had an immediate response apologizing for inconvenience (which it was not). There are tiny steps or ledges (if you will) on the floor in a few places in the house and if you are unaware or forget they are there you probably will trip or have a little misstep.
