My apartment is located right next to the main train station. Paradeplatz, the market square, a supermarket, a dry cleaner, a bakery, cafés, restaurants, and shops are just a few steps away.
Paradeplatz, the Rosengarten, the castle, the university, museums, the National Theater, restaurants on Fressgasse, the “Planken” shopping district, and the trendy Jungbusch party district are all just a few minutes’ walk away. The bus stop is right nearby, and you can take a direct bus to Ludwigshafen to visit BASF or the SAP Arena.

My apartment is ideally located for business trips, trade shows, attending conferences (Rosengarten), studying, concerts, or attending events (National Theater, Time Warp, etc.).
Thanks to its proximity to the main train station, Frankfurt, Mainz, Heidelberg, Schwetzingen, Ludwigshafen, Speyer, Worms, etc., are all within easy reach by car or train.

Cleanliness, hygiene, and the well-being of my guests are my top priorities. The health and safety measures are designed to combat a wide range of viruses, including COVID-19, and cover everything from hand-washing hygiene to the product specifications for cleaning the rooms. Specific steps I am taking are as follows:
- Use of antibacterial cleaning products
- Towels are hygienically packaged with a seal of quality
- The toilet and bathroom receive a hygiene seal after each cleaning
- Regular ozone treatment to combat mold, germs, and bacteria
