The apartment has a 65 m² terrace with a barbecue, shower, chill-out area, sun loungers, and a dining area under a pergola.
The master bedroom has a 160 x 200 cm bed, a built-in wardrobe, and an en-suite bathroom.
The second bedroom has two 90x190 cm beds or one 180x190 cm bed and a built-in wardrobe. Please let us know your bed preference before your arrival.
There is a second bathroom with a shower.
The kitchen is fully equipped with kitchenware, a ceramic stove, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, kettle, toaster, and blender.
The living room has a comfortable 3-seater sofa, table, chairs, a 43" Smart TV (you can connect to your Netflix, Prime, etc. accounts), and a stereo (you can connect your smartphone via Bluetooth).
In the living room, you'll find padel rackets and balls if you want to play on the complex's padel court. There's also a set of resistance bands so you can exercise on the hooks located on the terrace.
There is heat pump air conditioning in the bedrooms and living room.
The complex has a swimming pool, barbecue area, paddle tennis court, and children's playground.
The pool is open from May to September.
You must collect the sun loungers before leaving the grounds. Smoking is prohibited in the pool area.
If you use the barbecue area, you must leave it clean so other residents can use it without having to clean up the remains of previous barbecues.
There is a restaurant and a small shop 100 meters away.
There are two beach bars in front of the apartment.
Puerto de la Duquesa and the small fishing district of El Castillo are a 5-minute drive away. The town of San Luis de Sabinillas is 8 minutes away. In these areas, you will find a multitude of restaurants, as well as supermarkets, pharmacies, and ATMs.
According to current regulations for tourist accommodation establishments, Royal Decree 933/2021, we must notify the Police of every guest staying in our apartment. For this, we will need your EU national identity card or passport, which must be provided at check-in.
