Positive for nearness location from Greenhills main malls and etc, restaurant and main shopping place. Positive for the staff friendliness and very good service, very accommodating. Wish you will have good enough space for parking space and I notice some of the standard room has some sink blockage, pls pay attention to this and fix it, though it is standard room but it has to be useful and a proper way

It was not what was featured on the website, very dirty, and the bed was not comfortable and seems like sira na. Tv was also broken, they say that there is an internet inside the room but its not functioning as you need to go down the lobby to have ir net. Very disatisfied and the room was so dirty and the shower is also broken and napakahina ng tubig walang hot and cold. I also saw ung coffee maker na maliit na me mga amag na. Very disgusting

There were no toiletries available but was included on the package. The sink on the bathroom clogged. The shower is not good. Receptionist at the time of arrival is not accommodating, although the guard/parking attendant was very accommodating. We did not expect an old television without a cable.

Straight out of a horror movie

Checked in late in the evening and I was given the worst possible room they could offer, room 17. Everything was not working in the room. Room telephone was broken, bedsheets dingy and looked like it has been slept on, wi-fi non existent (although they claim in their website that they have it) I did not sleep at all, expecting some bedbugs to bite me. Took a shower. The water came in trickles and when I tried to adjust the shower head the whole showerhead came off the wall. I complained to the front desk and they did not seemed concerned about it. They sent the security guard to fix the phone (bless his heart, he was the only courteous person in the hotel) but could not do anything till the morning. Needless to say, I was out of there the next day. The manager refused to refund me for the rest of my stay. But since I feared for my health and safety, I'd rather stay away and book a nicer hotel somewhere else. This hotel needs a visit from the Health Department and off Expedia options. Seriously. Horrible, horrible experience. I've stayed in a lot of hotels before, from high to modestly priced, but this is on top of my worst list. Stay away from this hotel and look somewhere else.

Such a pleasant place to stay

Orange place hotel: I stayed at that hotel for business purposes. It is quite good place to stay if you have a business in greenhills. However, it is faraway from leisure aearas, shopping centers, and restaurants. Moreover it is not familiar to many taxi drivers and you really might need a long waiting tim to get a ride FROM, TO the hotel. Hotel condition is good all in all but it seems the main problem is it has NO elevator and I struggled with my wife when we get up to our room in 3rd floor carrying our shopping. A good point may credit to the hotel is a lounge setup in each floor; however; it has NO air condition so you can't enjoy prolong stay at the lounge. Our booking included bed+breakfast and the hotel serves a good quality breakfast. Front desk, and security guards are very friendly and helpful guys as well. Room service is nice too. The room itself and it's comfort room are very clean and no negativities (such as bugs, dust,...etc) have been observed at all. Quite noisy neighborhood because of highway. Nighy rate is fairly reasonable Recommendation: - I do recommend this hotel in case of having a business in Ortigas particularly central area of San Juan otherwise Makati is the best choice.

Nice little hotel

A nice little hotel. Would stay there again. A good breakfast in the morning and a good staff. Wifi was pretty good. Air conditioning was inadequate. Would stay again as I visit the area a lot. But I would make sure I get better air conditioning.

Still under renovation 1st n 2nd floors so at this time it's not good to be there. 3rd floor is the only available area and there's no elevator. Water is not flowing fast. Still it's money's worth.

Nice, simple hotel

Very close to Greenhills shopping mall but about 45 mins away from airport. This is a simple hotel with the basic stuff that you need available. Can order from jollibee or McDonald's and they will deliver for free if u order over PHP 200. Kinda hard to catch a cab from hotel but call reception before u head out of your room and they will stand outside and hail one for u. For their price it is a good hotel.

Would be more enjoyable if the staff had a more efficient system such as: ensuring that laundry service and laundry is picked up as per arrangement; reception assured us that our clothes could be ironed in time for our evening engagement. This did not happen. It was embarrassing that we had to attend our evening function in our crumpled clothes. We also did not receive an apology; then I informed evening reception that we were doing a late check out. He said he would make note of it. Morning staff almost sent the guard to check the room when my son was still in the room changing. She was not informed of our late check out request.

the hotel is value for money ..for the money i paid i was satisfied with what i got . very friendly and helpful staff .the restaurant is very good and worth eating in. The hotel is far far from the airport and even at 3 n the morning it took me 30 minutes with no traffic at all.
