I chose to stay at Shangri-La for a 5 star vaccination weekend experience. I didn’t have a 5 star experience. There was an issue with the AC unit in our room. We tried to have the hotel address this for 2 days. The management was unprofessional, in addressing this issues and after we had to move rooms at 2am the second night, compensation was still not offered. This was after engineers examined the unit and stated there was a problem. I planed to bring medical conferences to this location but with this unprofessional service I would be embarrassed to do so.
