ホライゾンクラブに宿泊しました。 今回は素晴らしい滞在となりました。 カクテルタイムのドリンクが多かったのが素晴らしい。 日本人シェフはいないのだろうが、日本食はかなり世界的にも注目されているので、少し取扱いがあれば最高。

とても素晴らしいホテルだった。ジムがかなり大きいですし、参加できるプログラムも多いので、宿泊される方はぜひ参加してみてくださ。私は、ヨガとボクササイズに参加しました。プールサイドはとても美しかったのですが、屋根やパラソルのある席が無く、正直紫外線が気になったり、小雨が降ってきた時はみなさん困った様子でした。 ただ、スタッフの方は皆さんとても優しく、素晴らしかったと思います。マニラに来たらまたぜひ泊まりたいと思うホテルでした。

室内も綺麗だった。コンシェルジュの対応もとても良かった。 送迎車の準備もあり安心して行けました。 シャワーの出も良く良い感じですが、ウォシュレットが無いのは海外の場合しょうがないところですね。

立地は最高。 また、上層階でしたが、景色が素晴らしく、 マカティのスカイラインもはっきり見ることができました。 朝食も種類が豊富で、とても美味しかった。 ただし、ホテル内両替は1人200USドルまでなので気をつけて。

去年に続いて、11月のマニラへの出張。商談相手がホテル上層階のコンドミニアムに住んでいることもあって今回もこのホテルにしました。豪華で多品種の朝食ブッフェ、快適な室内、さまざまレストランがあって、日替わりで楽しめる、広く設備の整ったスポーツジムとプール。今回も満足です。 ただ一つ、残念なのは、広いロビーにソファーなどの待合場所が足りないことです。ロビーの両側に2ヵ所あるのですが、常に満席状態でした。設置できそうな場所があるだけになんとかしてもらいたい。

何故かエクスペディア経由のメッセージやり取りをホテル側にメールしてくれ等、チェックアウトが手続き相当手間取った以外は、快適でした。 スタッフも気持ち良い対応でした。 バーは24時終わりは夜遅くに到着のお客様もいる国際高級ホテルとしては早すぎですね。せめて1時ラストオーダーくらいになれば、と。

おすすめホテル
クラブルームに幼児2人と宿泊しました。ロケーションもよく、レストランも美味しく、お部屋も新しく清潔で、滞在中何度も清掃にきてくれました。色々お願いしたのですが、素早く気持ちよく対応して頂き、大変気持ちよく過ごすことができました。クラブルームは景色もよく、のんびりと過ごすことができて大満足です。また是非宿泊したいです。

また来たいと思わせるホテルです
トランジットの為、夜9時半頃に到着し、朝10時にチェックアウトと短い滞在時間でしたが、気持ち良く過ごせました。部屋はバスタブのシャワーの切替スイッチが壊れて使えなかった以外に不備はなく非常に快適で、スタッフの対応も５つ星に相応しいものでした。マニラは初めてで、しかも夜だったのでホテルのレストランを利用しようと思いましたが、パッとしたのが見当たらず、レセプションに近場のレストランを尋ねたところ、今からでも開いているところとして、韓国料理とドイツ料理の店を紹介されました。行く途中に、ディンタイフォンがあったので、ダメ元で訊いてみたら22時閉店だか、それまでにオーダーしたら食べられるとのことだったので、飲茶や中華を堪能しました。その後、夜の大通りを散歩しましたが、女性一人で歩く姿も多く見られ、想像していたより安全な場所だと思いました。落ち着いたオーセンティックバーをさがしましたが、ホテルにも何処にも見つけることができなかったのが唯一の心残りですが、このホテルは次回も利用したいと思います。

ハイストリートまですぐの立地、広くて清潔な客室、豪華な朝食、とろけるようなSPAマッサージ、スタッフのホスピタリティなどなど、文句なしでした。 日本でも全てのスタッフが笑顔で対応してくれるところは少ないですが、フロント、客室係、SPA、レストラン、ラウンジ、すれ違い時も全て気持ちのいい対応をしてくれたので大満足です。フィリピンが好きになりました。

さすがシャングリラ
新しくて綺麗なホテルです。マカティーのシャングリラのようなクラシックな豪華さはありませんが、目の前がハイストリートという最高の立地です。部屋はモダンな感じ。シャワーもお風呂も素晴らしい。プールサイドもとても素敵で景色は未来都市のようです。ウエルカムフルーツもお洒落なゴールドのパッケージにはいったドライフルーツも用意されていて気配りが随所に感じられます。部屋にポットと数種類の紅茶とインスタントのようなコーヒーがあり、大きめのマグカップがありました。ミネラルウォーターも豊富においてあります。ラウンジも素敵でここのミックスジュースは本当に美味しくて200ペソなのでぜひお試しください。また泊まりたいホテルです。

以前から気になってた施設だったので、男3名で予約。ツインベッドとエキストラベッドを事前に希望してたが、当日部屋に入ってみるとまさかのクイーン1、エキストラベッド1でした。 変更をお願いしようと思いましたが、部屋に滞在する時間も短いし、綺麗なお部屋だったのでガマンガマン。。 流石シャングリラです！ 一部工事中みたいなので、落ち着いてからのご予約をオススメします！

Global City has been well developed and is beautiful. Looking forward to the next visit. The Shangri La is located in a great place for shopping and eating.

Excellent hotel however it’s expensive ; the staffs cater to all your need. The raging bull restaurant has wonderful steak and highly recommended.

I chose to stay at Shangri-La for a 5 star vaccination weekend experience. I didn’t have a 5 star experience. There was an issue with the AC unit in our room. We tried to have the hotel address this for 2 days. The management was unprofessional, in addressing this issues and after we had to move rooms at 2am the second night, compensation was still not offered. This was after engineers examined the unit and stated there was a problem. I planed to bring medical conferences to this location but with this unprofessional service I would be embarrassed to do so.
