「While the rooms are excellent and clean, we did not receive the exact type of rooms that we had booked. Even though the description & photos described that the rooms carry certain amenities, they didn't. Reception refused to assist saying they're unable to do anything since it's booked through Hilton Grand Vacations. They just give you numbers to contact which when contacted could not provide any help either. Only one guy at the reception assisted me in trying to get in contact with Hilton Grand...
