"No internet for two days because they didn’t pay their bill, no response from staff, they just said what can we do… No toilet seat or cover in the toilet, no shower gel or shampoo, only hard soap when demanded. Rooms smell of humidity and fungus. Disturbance at night. Restaurant kitchen is dirty and messy and on top of that the staff asking us to invite them for beer from their own bar. Only good thing with this place is its location. "

Nice beds all with mosquito nets, very nice terraze and fantastic access to a fabulous beach!! "Maru Maru Hotel staff were very kind and willing to help. The location of this hotel is beyond convenient; a great location if you decide the stone town tour and prison island tour. I absolutely love that you can turn on heat for your water. I only have positive things to say about my stay here. The restaurant on the rooftop was also amazing; a great selection of food and cocktails. The venue itself was gorgeous- it has a very safe and reassuring feeling."

"This hotel had absolutely everything I could ask for! My only comment would be to make the distinction between Z and Z2 a bit clearer so travelers know exactly what they’re booking. Otherwise, everything was perfect. The staff were outstanding—friendly, professional, and always eager to help. The private beach with access to the public beach offered the best of both worlds, and the on-site restaurants were amazing with delicious menus. Breakfast was convenient and definitely worth it, though you can also order from a menu if you’d like something different. The rooms were spacious, spotless, and beautifully maintained. The entire property is truly out of this world. 10/10 highly recommend!"
