Wohnung groß und Aufteilung gut, schönen Balkon. Nachteil: Wohnung befindet sich in einem komplex, indem nur feste Eigentümer wohnen. Pool sauber und wird täglich gereinigt. Leider hat jede 2 Steckdose und jedes 2 licht nicht funktioniert. Viele schränke und Wohnung gut ausgestattet. Familie mit 1 Kind wirklich ausreichend. Die Umgebung ist sehr ruhig, dennoch sehr gut gelegen. Restaurants in Laufweite, zum Strand zu Fuß zu weit.tipp an Vermieter: Der Reinigungsdienst sollte abgelöst werden.

Schmutz und Schimmel im gesamten Appartement

Wir sind erstaunt, dass über FeWo ein derart verdrecktes und unattraktives Appartement in die Vermietung gelangt. Ein ekelerregender Zustand im gesamten Appartement. Eine Unverschämtheit dafür auch noch eine Reinigungsgebühr zu erheben. Gerne übersenden wir umfangreiches Fotomaterial. Dieser Anbieter sollte umgehend von FeWo entfernt werden.
