「The area around the hotel is not nice, but that is not their fault, the hotel is great!」

「El check in terrible 😣. Nos dijeron que no teníamos reserva, que demostráramos que habíamos pagado y cuánto, se tomaron una eternidad para darnos la habitación y el hotel está vacío. 」

「Very comfortable beds, clean. I have no complaints, poor wifi and breakfast was weak but we had no problem with it. We had a beautiful view of the ocean and nice balcony, very friendly helpful staff. There is a restaurant just beside the hotel,El Mirado, to the left if you have your back to the ocean which is worth checking out, have to walk up a hill, well worth the walk. Not a lot of stir, bring a book.」

「They are slowing revitalizing this place. If you want a secluded and quiet place vs. more touristy and crowded just north, then this place is great. It is at the end of the street and with the beach out front, you can walk for a long way with no one else around. Very fun time. Wish we had more time. The rooms need some updating, but they are in the process of doing so, so by the time you read this, things should already be better. Definitely worth a look!」
