Very spacious, clean, and comfortable first floor unit. Close to major highway!

Located near downtown Manchester, NH this spacious unit is on the first floor and has 3 Bedrooms, 1 Bath, Washer/Dryer in unit with bonus half bath, and is fully furnished. With starter essentials you won't have to bring anything, except maybe your favorite pillow or blanket! There is a cable/streaming TV in the living room and a gaming tv in the bedroom. We also have an easy lift chair for those needing a little help up. There's parking for 2 cars and a small yard. There are two major Hospitals (CMC-1.5 miles, Elliot-3.4 miles) & Urgent Care, SNHU Center, Casino, and Event Centers within minutes drive. The Ball Fields and Basketball Court is the next street over. Very close by are pharmacies, retail stores, grocery stores, gas, Dollar Store, Dairy Queen, and other great Restaurants for you to enjoy!

Overnight Stay for Concert at SNHU

I was attending a concert at SNHU arena with 2 friends and this location was a short drive to the venue. We just needed somewhere to crash for one night and this apartment was clean, had 3 comfortable beds, and the shower worked well.

The home was on Main Street in Manchester, NH, and the street was very busy. We were two blocks away from a fire station and traffic started at 5am every morning. We were close to some businesses for convenience. Our biggest complaint was that the home was too noisy. There were people living upstairs, and we could hear their TV vibrating on the ceiling. The next door neighbors decided to blare their music on a Wednesday night at 11pm until 1am. My wife had to sleep on the couch one night due to the noise that we could hear in our bedroom. We tried rotating bedrooms, but we could not find any difference. The laundry room had the smell of a litter box that did not go away. We have patronized VRBO's in the past 20 years, and we have NEVER had this type of experience. The beds were older and squeaky. One of the mattresses sagged in the middle kind of like a fold-out bed from a sofa. They were definitely not queen size beds. I would not recommend going to this home for a vacation.
