The hotel was nice. The lobby was really cute. It was clean and everyone was friendly at the free buffet was exceptional. I thought it was gonna be like a continental breakfast. It was way better. Good job guys.

Staff was super friendly and welcoming. Checking in and out was a breeze. Hotel and room was clean and comortable. Breakfast was surprisingly decent with low carb egg bite options and tea. For the price the area is great, within walking distance to union square and china town. BART access is convenient making the rest of the city super accessible. It is downtown SF tho, so some surrounding streets feel super sketch. Despite this, hotel felt super safe.would totally stay here again.
