The staff was so friendly and helpful....from helping us find a parking place to carrying all of our things from the car to our room......to giving advice about the city. It felt like staying in someone's home more than a hotel. I would not hesitate to stay there again.

The staff is amazing. Very professional and wait on you hand and foot.
I would only suggest that more of their staff should speak English. They cater primarily to Germans who don’t even make an effort to learn to say “Merhaba.” C’mon Germans, you aren’t center of the Universe. Learn a sentence or two of Turkish for the love of God.
