Gayet memnun kaldik.biraz daha hijyene dikkat edilirse yemekhane,havuz,v.s ortak alanlarda 10 puani hakeder👍

Otel konum olarak güzeldi havuzu denize sıfır oluşu..fakat temizlik için aynı şeyi söyleyemeyeceğim..özellikle restorantdaki tabakların hepsi lekeliydi seçerek zar zor buluyoduk..fincanlar yine aynı şekil..aquası olan havuzun temizliğide vasattı ve ara ara gider kokusu geliyodu orayıda kullanamadık..çalışanların çoğu halinden bezmişti bişey istemeye çekiniyoduk zorla çalıştırılıyo gibilerdi..güler yüzle çok karşılanamadık..oda temizliği fena değildi fakat ertesi gün temizliğe gelindiğinde yarım yamalak temizlendiğini bazen banyoyu bıraktıklarını gördük..yani genel anlamda çok memnun kalmadık diyebilirim..akşamları bir iki saat canlı müziği olsa hiç olmazsa akşamları sıkılmazdık..bir daha tercih edermiyim hayır malesef:(

Since the opening day of the hotel, we have been making every effort to offer a pleasant and comfortable holiday to all our guests from all over the world with a respectful and friendly approach. The helpfulness, sincerity and friendly approach of our staff is the primary reason why the facility has been preferred by many of our guests for many years. Our dedicated and experienced craftsmen show all their skills in order to offer flavors that will appeal to the taste buds of every guest. As a result, we constantly hear positive comments from our guests about our kitchen. We would like you to know that your comment is under review by the management. We would like to address some issues with your forgiveness. While you were at the hotel, we were in very close communication with you. I personally took care of you in order to make you happy. The pavilion, which costs 50, was offered to you free of charge for full day use. A la carte dinner was served with a special table for you. We sent fruit and wine to your room as a treat. We remember that every time you passed by with your wife, you passed by with your thanks. We would try to help you as much as we could. We are sorry that you gave 1 point as an evaluation.
